Renovation project of a restaurant used in the central area of the French capital adjacent to Passage Verdeau.

The project involves the realization of a commercial formula linked to the catering and the take-over of typical high quality Italian products. The restaurant premises are on three distinct levels. In the basement there is a cauveau for wines, offices and services, on the ground floor there is a bar and a shop selling typical products and on the first floor there is a kitchen and a dining room.

The particularity of the intervention is linked to the resolution of some important technical aspects such as the restructuring of the historical building of the early 800, the problems of the static recovery of wooden beams and the acoustic adjustment of all vertical and horizontal scores.

In 2015, the restaurant is re-designed to catch up with a more dynamic company, to accommodate various activities related to catering.
