The project concerns the construction of a building to be used as offices and storage, with the provision of accommodation on the last level, located in a settlement context characterized by buildings of various types. The configuration of the building is summarized in the identification of two rectangular buildings of different dimensional consistency that define a structured volume.

The connection of the two blocks gives place to an "L" figure whose central node is represented by a glass enclosure that encloses the space destined for vertical paths through a system of ramps that connects the various staggered levels of the two buildings. from the basements to the flat roof.
